Sugar Works now opens for preorders once per month on the first Friday. All products are made to order in small batches.

Processing Time

Current processing time for preorder items is 4-6 weeks. This timeframe is clearly stated before checkout and must be acknowledged before ordering.

Order Changes

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.

Shipping Responsibility

Sugar Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
